CONTOH KESALAHAN MEMBAWA MUATAN MELEBIHI HAD YANG DIBENARKAN


















Kesemua lori yang ditahan akan disiasat mengikut Seksyen 57 (1)(b)(vi) Akta SPAD 2010 dan jika didapati bersalah pemilik kenderaan boleh didenda sebanyak RM1,000 hingga maksimum RM500,000 serta Akta Pengangkutan Jalan.



























Pegawai Penguat Kuasa SPAD Johor, Asmadi Mat berkata, kebanyakan lori  yang ditahan telah diubahsuai dan membawa muatan melebihi 50 peratus dari Berat Dalam Muatan (BDM) yang dibenarkan.

IMPLIKASI KESALAHAN:

1. KUIRI LAPORAN AUDIT 

2. MEMBAHAYAKAN KESELAMATAN AWAM 
Contoh : i) Boleh mengakibatkan kemalangan 
             ii)Cermin kenderaan lain pecah

3. MENINGKATKAN KOS PEMBANGUNAN
Contoh : i) Jalanraya mudah rosak

1. TIADA PERMIT 4C – PERMIT MENGALIH BAHAN BATUAN
- Tindakan dibawah Seksyen 426 Kanun Tanah Negara 1965
Jika sabit kesalahan boleh dikenakan denda tidak melebihi
RM50,000.00 atau penjara tidak melebihi (5) lima tahun atau kedua-duanya
sekali
2.MENGUNAKAN KENDERAAN YANG TIDAK DIBENARKAN OLEH SPAD DAN JPJ
UNTUK MEMBAWA MUATAN JENIS BAHAN BATUAN
3. MEMBAWA MUATAN MELEBIHI HAD YANG DIBENARKAN
4. MEMOHON PINDAAN BAGI PERMIT YANG TELAH TAMAT TEMPOH
5. TIDAK MEMBUAT POTONGAN TRIP PERMIT 4 C
6. OPERASI MELEBIHI HAD MASA DIBENARKAN 7.00 PAGI – 5.00 PETANG
